Why this site exists
Height footwear is sold almost entirely on feelings. It can be compared on numbers instead, and nobody was doing that.
Search for elevator shoes and you get two kinds of page. Merchants selling their own shoes, and listicles that picked ten of them and wrote a paragraph about each. Neither will tell you the one thing you came to find out, which is what your options actually are at the height you want.
So this is the other thing. We read the product data published by the merchants who sell in this category, convert every stated lift to the same unit, and put all 1,588 of them on one axis you can filter and sort. That is the whole idea.
What we hold
- 1,588 listings from 2 merchants, covering 5 brands
- Lifts from 1 cm to 15 cm, every one of them the maker's own stated figure
- Price, cost per centimetre, style, stock and size range where the merchant publishes it

What we will not do
We have not worn these shoes, so there is no comfort score and no invented star rating. Where a figure is our judgement rather than the merchant's fact, it is labelled as ours and the reasoning is written out in full. Where a merchant does not publish something, the field says so instead of being filled with a guess.
That is a deliberately boring promise, and it is the only one worth making about a comparison site.
